(و) يثبت الخيار للرجل أيضًا (بانخراق ما بين السبيلين) أي: القبل والدبر من المرأة (و) بانخراق (ما بين مخرج بولٍ ومنيٍّ) وهو الفتق؛ لأنه يمنع لذة الوطء وفائدته.
