(فإن رَضِيَ بعيب) كما لو رضيها رتْقاء مثلًا (ثم حَدَث عيب آخر من غير جنسه) بأن حدث للرتقاء جُذام (فله الخيار) للعيب الحادث؛ لأنه لم يرض به.
