(وكذا سائر الفُسوخ) كالفسخ لإعساره بالصداق، أو النفقة، وفسخ الحاكم على المولي بشرطه (إلا فُرقةَ اللعان) فإن الملاعَنة تحرم على الملاعِن أبدًا، كما تقدم .
