(فلو خالف وفعل) بأن زوَّجهم معيبًا يرد به (لم يصحَّ) النكاح (فيهن مع علمه) لأنه عَقَدَ لهم عقدًا لا يجوز عقده، كما لو باع عقارَ محجورِه لغير مصلحته.
