(وإن لم يختر) من نسائه ما للفسخ، وما للإمساك (أُجبِرَ) على الاختيار (بحبسٍ، ثم تعزير) لأن الاختيار حقٌّ عليه، فألزم بالخروج منه إن امتنع؛ كسائر الحقوق.
