(فإن طلَّق واحدة) منهنَّ فقد اختارها؛ لأن الطلاق لا يكون إلا في زوجة (أو وَطِئها، فقد اختارها) لأنه لا يجوز إلا في ملك، كوطء الجارية التي اشتراها بشرط الخيار له.
