(وإن اختار إحدى الأختين ونحوَهما) كالمرأة وعمَّتها أو خالتها (لم يطأها) أي: المختارة (حتى تنقضي عِدَّة أختها) ونحوها، لئلا يجمع ماءه في رحم نحو أختين.
