(وإن كان) طَلَّقها قبل الدخول (بعد تعليمها، رجع عليها بنصف الأجرة) لأن الطلاق قبل الدخول يوجب نصف الصداق، والرجوع بنصف التعليم متعذِّر، فوجب الرجوع إلى بدله، وهو نصف الأجرة.
