(و) إن تزوَّجها (على جَرَّةِ خلٍّ، فخرجت خمرًا، أو) خرج الخلُّ (مغصوبًا، فلها مثله خلًّا) لأنها رضيت به خلًّا، وقد تعذَّر تسليمه، فوجب مثله.
