(وإن طلَّق) قبل الدخول بلا شرط (ثم عفا) عن نصف الصَّداق (صحّ) عفوه، ويأتي مفصَّلًا؛ لقوله تعالى: {إِلَّا أَنْ يَعْفُونَ أَوْ يَعْفُوَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ عُقْدَةُ النِّكَاحِ} .
