(ويجوز كشفها) أي: العورة لضرورة (و) يجوز (نظر الغير إليها لضرورة، كتداو، وختان، ومعرفة بلوغ، وبكارة، وثيوبة، وعيب، وولادة، ونحو ذلك) كحلق عانة من لا يحسنه. ويأتي توضيحه في النكاح.
