(فإن صدَّقَتْه) الزوجة على ما أقرَّ به من المفسد؛ سقط (أو ثبت) المفسد (ببينة؛ سقط) أي: تبيَّنَّا عدم وجوب لفساد العقد، فوجوده كعدمه.
