(وكذا فسخها بشرط صحيح شُرط عليه حالةَ العقد) كأن تزوَّجها بشرط ألّا يتزوَّج عليها، أو لا يتسرَّى، أو لا يخرجها من دارها (فلم يفِ به) فلا مهر لها ولا مُتعة؛ لما تقدم.
