(فإن دخل) الزوج (بها) أي: بالمفوضة (قبل الفرض؛ استقرَّ) به (مهر المِثْل) لأن الدخول يوجب استقرار المسمى، فكذا مهر المِثْل؛ لاشتراكهما في المعنى الموجب للاستقرار
