(وإن كان تَرْكُه) أي: الأكل (أولى) حيث لم يعلم الحِلّ (للشك. وينبغي صَرْف الشُّبهات في الأبعد عن المنفعة، فالأقرب ما يدخل في الباطن من الطعام والشراب ونحوه) فيتحرى فيه الحلال
