(ويُكره لأهل الفضل والعلم الإسراعُ إلى الإجابة) إلى الولائم غير الشرعية (والتسامح) أي: التساهل (فيه؛ لأن فيه بِذْلةً ودناءةً وشَرَهًا، لا سيما الحاكم) لأنه ربما كان ذريعة للتهاون به وعدم المبالاة.
