(وإلا) بأن لم يكن في تَرْكِهِ الأكل كَسْرُ قلب الداعي (كان تمام الصوم أولى) من الفِطر، هذا معنى ما جزم به في "الرعاية الصغرى" و"الوجيز" وهو ظاهر تعليل الموفَّق والشارح.
