(وإن خرج من فيه شيء) من عظم أو تَفْل أو نخامة (ليَرْمي به، صَرَف وجهه عن الطعام) لئلا يقع فيه شيء من فيه (وأخذه بيساره) فرمى به؛ لأنه مستقذَر.
