(و) يُكره (تقليل الطعام بحيث يضره. وليس من السُّنة تَرْك أكل الطيبات) لقوله تعالى: {يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُلُوا مِنْ طَيِّبَاتِ مَا رَزَقْنَاكُمْ وَاشْكُرُوا لِلَّهِ}.
