(وإن كان المرض) بالزوجة (غير مرجوِّ الزوال، لزم تسليمُها إذا طلبها) الزوج (و) لزم الزوج (تسلّمها إذا بذلته) هي؛ لأنه ليس له حدٌّ ينتهي إليه لينتظر زواله.
