(ولا تُكرَه الذِّمية على الوطء في صومها، نصًّا (١) ، ولا) على (إفساد صلاتها) بوطء أو غيره؛ لأنه يضرُّ بها (و) لا على إفساد (سَبْتِها. ولا يشتري لها) أي: لزوجته الذمية زُنَّارًا
