(ولا يملك) الزوج (منعها من كلامهما. ولا) يملك (منعهما من زيارتها) لأنه لا طاعة لمخلوق في معصية الخالق (إلا مع ظن حصول ضرر يعرف بقرائن الحال) بسبب زيارتهما، فله منعهما إذًا من زيارتها، دفعًا للضرر.
