(فإن عَتَقَت الأَمَة في نوبتها) فلها قسْم حرَّة (أو) عَتَقَت الأَمَة (في نوبة حرّة متقدمة قبلها، فلها قَسْمُ حرَّة) لأن النوبة أدركتها وهي حُرَّة، فتستحق قَسْمَ حُرَّة.
