(وإن كانتا جميعًا في رَحْلِهِ، فلا قَسْم إلا في الفراش) كما لو كانتا معه في بيت واحد برضاهما (فلا يحل) له (أن يخصَّ فراش واحدة) منهما (بالبيتوتة فيه دون فراش الأخرى) لأنه مَيْلٌ.
