(فإن أخذت) الواهبةُ (عليه مالًا؛ لزمها ردُّه) إلى من أخذته منه (وعليه) أي: الزوج (أن يقضي لها) زمن هبتها (لأنها تركته بشرط العوض، ولم يُسلَّم) العوض (لها) فترجع بالمعوض.
