(وإن لم يكن في يدها) أي: المُكاتَبَة (شيء) مما خالعت عليه بإذن سيدها (فهو في ذِمَّة سيّدها) قاله في "الشرح" وقاله في "الرعاية الصغرى" في المُكاتَبَة والمُدَبَّرة، والمأذون لها في التجارة.
