(وللوالد أن يأخذ منها) أي: المخلوعة (ما يستحِقُّه) الولد (من مُؤْنة الولد، وما يحتاجُ إليه، فإن أحبَّ أنفقَه بعينِه، وإن أحبَّ أخَذَه لنفسِه، وأنفق على الولد غيرَه) لأنه بدلٌ ثبت له في ذمتها، فله أن يستوفيه بنفسه وبغيره.
