(وإن خالعها على حَمْل أمَتها، أو) حَمْل (غَنَمها، أو غيره) كحَمْل بقرها (أو) على (ما تحمِلُ شجرتُها؛ فله ذلك) أي: للزوج ما حصل من حمل الأمة ، أو الغنم، أو غيره
