(وإن خالعته على عينه، بأن قالت) له: (اخْلعني على هذا الثوب المَرْويِّ، فبان هَرَويًّا؛ صح) الخُلع (وليس له غيره) لأن الخُلع وقع على عينه، ولأن الإشارة أقوى من التسمية.
