(فإذا قال: إن) أعطيتني ألفًا، فأنت طالق (أو إذا) أعطيتني ألفًا، فأنتِ طالق (أو متى أعطيتني ألفًا، فأنتِ طالق؛ فالشرط لازم من جهته، لا يصح إبطاله) كسائر التعاليق؛ خلافًا للشيخ تقيِّ الدين ، ووافق على شرطٍ محضٍ؛ كـ: إنْ قَدِمَ زيدٌ.
