(وإلا) أي: وإن لم ينوِ بالخُلع الطلاقَ (لم يصح الخُلع) لخلوِّه عن العوض (ولم يستحق شيئًا؛ لأنَّه ما أجابها إلى ما بذلت العوض فيه) أي: لأجله.
