(و) إن قالت: (طَلِّقْني واحدة بألف، أو) طَلِّقْني واحدة (على ألف، أو) طَلِّقْني واحدة (ولك ألفٌ، ونحوَه، فطلَّقها ثلاثًا، أو اثنتين؛ استحقَّه) أي: الألف؛ لأنه حصل لها ما طلبتهُ وزيادة.
