(و) إن قالت: (طَلِّقْني ثلاثًا بألف، فطَلَّقها واحدة) أو اثنتين (لا يستحق شيئًا، ووقعت رجعية) لأنها بذلت العوض في مقابلة شيء لم يُجبها إليه، فلم يستحقَّ شيئًا.
