(وإن وكَّل) الزوج (اثنين فيه) أي: الطلاق (فليس لأحدهما الانفراد فيه) لأن الموكل إنما رضي بتصرفهما جميعًا (إلا بإذن الموكِّل) لأحدهما، أو لكل منهما بالانفراد؛ لأن الحق للموكل في ذلك.
