(إلا في طهر متعقِّبٍ لرجعةٍ (٤) من طلاق) في (حيض؛ فبدعةٌ) في ظاهر المذهب، اختاره الأكثرُ؛ لحديث ابن عمر السابق. (زاد في "الترغيب": ويلزمه وطؤها) أي: وطء مَنْ طلقها وهي حائضٌ، ثم راجعها؛ إذا طهرت واغتسلت.
