(وإن) قاله لها قبل الدخول، و (قدم) زيدٌ (بعد دخوله بها، في طُهْرٍ لم يُصبها فيه؛ طَلَقت) حين قدومه؛ لوجود الصفة؛ لأنها إذًا من أهل السُّنة .
