(فإن استدام) أي: لم ينزع في الحال (حُدَّ عالمٌ) بالحكم؛ لانتفاء الشبهة (وعُزِّر غيره) أي: غير العالم، وهو الجاهل والناسي، لما ناله من ذلك.
