(وكذا) لو قال: (أنت طالق ثلاثًا للسُّنَّة والبدعة، وأطْلَق) فلم يقل: نصفين، ولا بعضهن للسُّنَّة وبعضهن للبدعة؛ فيقع في الحال طلقتان، والأخرى في ضدِّ حالها إذًا.
