(فإن مات) بعد قوله: أنت طالقٌ أمسِ، أو قَبلَ أن أتزوَّجك (أو جُنَّ، أو خَرِس قبل العلم بمراده؛ لم تطلق) لأن العصمة متيقَّنة، فلا تزول بالشَّكِّ.
