(وإن قال) لزوجته: (أنت طالق اليوم إذا جاء غدٌ، لم تطلق في اليوم ولا في غَدِهِ (١) ) لعدم تحقق شرطه، إذ مقتضاه: أنتِ طالق إذا جاء غد، ولا يأتي الغد إلا بعد ذهاب اليوم، وذهابه محل الطلاق.
