(فإن عَتَق العبد) في اليوم (أو مات) أي: العبد في اليوم أو مات (الحالف) في اليوم (أو) ماتت (المرأة في اليوم؛ طَلَقت) قُبَيل ذلك؛ لأنه قد فاته بيعه فيه.
