(وإن وهبه) أي: العبد (لإنسان) ولو غير ولده (لم يقع الطلاق) قبل مُضيّ اليوم (لأنه يمكن عوده إليه) في اليوم (فيبيعه في اليوم) فلا يتحقَّق اليأس قبل مُضِيّه.
