(وإن قال: إنْ دخلت الدار وأنت طالق؛ فعبدي حُرٌّ؛ صح) التعليق (ولم يعتق العبد حتى تدخل الدار وهي طالق) لأن جملة: "وأنت طالق" حال من فاعل: "دخلت" والحال قَيدٌ في عاملها.
