إن قال: (إن قمتِ أو قعدتِ، فأنتِ طالق؛ طَلَقت بوجود أحدهما) لأن "أو" تقتضي تعليق الجزاء على واحد، كقوله تعالى:{فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مَرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ}.
