(وإن صَدَّق ثلاثًا) وكذَّب واحدةً لم تطلق المُصَدَّقات؛ لأن قول المُكَذَّبة غير مقبول عليهن، و (طَلَقت المُكَذَّبة وحدها) لأن قولها مقبول في حق نفسها، وقد صَدَّق ضَرَّاتها، فوُجِد الشرط في حقها.
