(فإن قال: عَنَيتُ) أي: قصدت ونويت (بقولي هذا) أي: إذا طلقتك فأنت طالق (أنك تكونين طالقًا بما أوقعته (٢) عليك، ولم أُرِد إيقاعَ طلاق سوى ما باشرتُك به؛ دُيِّن) لأنه أعلم بنيته (ولم يُقبل) منه (في الحكم) لأنه خلاف الظاهر.
