(وإن قيَّد المشيئة بوقت، كقوله: أنتِ طالق إن شئتِ اليوم) أو الشهر (تقيد به، فإن خرج اليومُ قبل مشيئتها؛ لم تطلق) لعدم وجود الشرط، ولا أثر لمشيئتها بعد.
