(و) يباح لبس الحرير (في حرب مباح، إذا تراءَى الجمعان إلى انقضاء القتال، ولو) كان لبسه (لغير حاجة) لأن المنع من لبسه لما فيه من الخيلاء، وذلك غير مذموم في الحرب.
