(ولو حلف) المدين: (لا تأخذ حقَّك منِّي، فأكره) المدين (على دفعه إليه) أي: إلى رب الدين المحلوف عليه لا يأخذه، فأخذ ؛ حَنِثَ (أو أخذه) أي: أخذ رب الدين دينه (منه) أي: من المدين الحالف (قهرًا؛ حَنِثَ) لوجود الأخذ المحلوف عليه اختيارًا.
