(ويُقبل) منه (في الحكم) دعوى التأويل (مع قُرب الاحتمال، و) مع (توسُّطه) لعدم مخالفته للظاهر، و (لا) تُقبل دعوى التأويل (مع بُعده) لمخالفته للظاهر، ويأتي ذلك في جامع الأيمان بأوضحَ من هنا.
